These jobs require certified pros in which Airstream has! Their quote was fair and reasonable. Once hired, everything from A to Z was handled for us in a professional manner. We never had to worry nor wonder, what's next or when are they coming. They always informed us of what they need to do next, and explained why and how. Before any worker shows up, they notify you of who and the time. They also make sure the time is o.k. with you. Their Office workers are friendly, polite, and wonderful! They'll call to check in on if your happy with the work thus far or are in need of anything. Last but not least .... the crew. Each and every single one of them were AWESOME!!!!!

After a night and day sweating in our house, we realized our AC was really broken and I called Airstream thinking they were a Lebanon company. I was surprised to hear they're based in M'boro but still service Lebanon. They were kind on the phone and said they would send someone out that night, even though it was already after 430pm. They sent me a text with a picture and short bio of my technician before he arrived, which I thought was very thoughtful. To my delight, Matthew showed up two hours early, worked in the rain (despite my protests that he take a break), and fixed it as quickly as possible. Very friendly and explained EXACTLY what was wrong with our AC and what we could do about it on our own in the future. The price was very reasonable, especially considering it was after hours. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal with a good attitude and speed. A pleasure to deal with.

Follow up: Because of their excellent customer service and options, I decided to have my AC unit replaced with AirStream. The scheduling was a breeze, received multiple confirmations and emails of my estimates and options. I especially like that AirStream sends a text bio about the technician that will be coming to your home. They made sure my AC was fully functional and that I knew how to operate my new thermostat as well as took after pictures of my unit before they left.

I am glad we went with airstream. The tech Matthew was wonderful and made a couple modifications to the unit and installed a new thermostat. The main issue seemed to be caused by the old thermostat having errors.

Anyone looking to get permanent accent lights, do your research before getting them installed. Gemstone lights are much brighter and their cloud service is super intuitive. Other options out there are one-third brighter compared to these and doesn’t look if you also want to do architectural lighting along with Christmas lights. Definitely recommend them.

There were some circuit board problems with the new unit and HVAC Airstream was fantastic about finding a replacement, getting it installed and following up until everything was perfect. We continue to use them for maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone.
